Program DETAILS
Format:
4 live online sessions (45 minutes each) via Zoom, live and recorded. Each week includes a short practice and group discussion.
Recordings available after each session
One 30-minute private coaching session for personalized integration
Optional small-group community via WhatsApp for light accountability and connection
